PTFE Design & Engineering Assistance - We can help you refine your concept into a production ready part design using 2D & 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD LT® and SolidWorks®). We custom compression mold parts and components utilizing Teflon ® PTFE resin. These include solid & hollow balls, ball valve seats and seals, high-purity valve body stock, PTFE insulators and connectors, PTFE bearings, spacers, washers, and sleeve bearings and linings. APT machines ultra-pure materials for Chemical Handling components and Pump parts, Semiconductor processing equipment, custom Labware for Scientific Research Projects, Biotech & Pharmaceutical processing, FDA approved Food Industry products, and other made-to-order precision CNC machined parts. The materials processed include Virgin Grade & Modified PTFE (Teflon® NXT: NXT 70, NXT 75, NXT 85, TE-6472) & Filled PTFE. Modified PTFE can be welded (fused) using various heat & pressure application methods. APT transfer molds & machines PCTFE. PCTFE, with excellent cold temperature characteristics, is an ideal material for cryogenic applications. | ||
